strawberries make it so that you don’t have to make an extra
trip out to buy ice if you had forgotten it.
Strawberry and Orange Breakfast
Smoothie
You will need:
1/2 banana
four frozen strawberries
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 TBSP flax
1 TBSP protein powder (found at health food stores)
Place all of this in a blender and enjoy!
You might have to play around with the different combinations until you
find one that is right for you. But this drink definitely packs a lot
of punch to jump-start your morning.
Tropical Breakfast
1/2 banana
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup Pineapple Juice
4 large ice cubes
Put your tropical ingredients in a blender
and enjoy. If you’ve ever gotten bored eating grapefruit
after grapefruit, this is a great way to fit that into your breakfast
plans without being so boring.
Worried because you don’t have
these ingredients? That’s ok! There are so many great things
that you can blend for breakfast. It’s a good idea to try and
